Who will you make a PACT for?

Your spouse, your friend, your children, yourself?

PACT is Partnership to Assist with Cessation of Tobacco. Many health care providers in our province have completed special training in tobacco cessation principles and are ready and willing to provide help.

Opportunity Knocks

We all know there is a strong link between tobacco use and ill health and chronic disease. PACT challenges you to gain a better understanding of how tobacco reduction can be integrated into the health system, or into primary health care sites. Pledge to become involved in collaborative work that is happening in tobacco reduction in Saskatchewan now. Everyone has an opportunity to be involved.

Resources for Professionals

STRS Symposium

Plan to attend the Saskatchewan Tobacco Reduction Strategy (STRS) annual symposium in Saskatoon on April 25, 26 at the Delta Bessborough. Objectives of the Symposium are to address tobacco reduction in Saskatchewan by exchanging innovative ideas, initiatives, and resources; learning about best practice and emerging topics; and building collaborative partnerships within the primary health care system.
